Notice

Student rate is given to the author(s) of a paper whose first author and presenter are a student with requirement to show their student certification.
When a paper exceeds Six pages, additional pages (＞6) will be chargeable.
Co-authors who wish to participate can register as listeners.
Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials for the onsite registrants in advance, please send us the registration form also.
One author registration covers one paper submission and one author attendance only.

One regular registration includes

15-20 minutes Onsite Oral presentation or Online presentation via Zoom / Poster Presentation (Authors and Presenters)
Paper Publication (Authors only)
Attendance to all technical sessions
Certificate of presentation (Authors and Presenters) / Certificate of participation (Listeners)

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Substitution Policy

Registration is mandatory for all participants. If a registered attendee is unable to attend, a substitute (e.g., a co-author or a colleague from the same institution) may attend in their place. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at least 10 days prior to the conference.

Refund Schedule

Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to the Conference Secretary. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline:

Before September 20, 2026	Full Refund (Subject to 50 USD bank service charge)
Sept. 21 – Oct. 15, 2026	70% Refund (30% processing fee applied)
Oct. 16 – November 1, 2026	50% Refund (50% processing fee applied)
After November 1, 2026	No Refund will be granted

Liability & Force Majeure

Personal Reasons: ICSGE 2026 is unable to provide refunds or compensation for non-attendance caused by personal circumstances, including but not limited to travel difficulties, visa rejections, health issues, or financial defaults.

Force Majeure: The Organizing Committee shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform the conference due to "Force Majeure" events—circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters (floods, storms), war, terrorist activity, epidemics, or government restrictions.

Statement on Venue & Date: The organizer reserves the right to modify the conference date or venue due to Force Majeure. Participants are expected to comply with any updated policies resulting from such changes.

Security & Warm Reminder

• Personal Property: Participants are responsible for their own belongings. The organizer and venue staff shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
• Identity Verification: For security purposes, only registered attendees are permitted in session rooms. Please wear your Official Name Badge prominently at all times during the event.
